A rounded production cycle means that we grow our own throats ourselves — from calves to dairy cows. This allows us to maintain strict quality control at all stages, reduce the risk of disease and ensure that our herd is healthy and productive. We currently produce raw milk that is purchased directly from the farm. Our focus is on quality and freshness, so that the milk is quickly transported to the redeemer or used for further processing, such as future cheese production. In the next stages of development, we plan to expand the offer to various forms and packaging tailored to the needs of end consumers.
We are currently testing the market by offering our products for free at fairs and events, where we talk directly with customers and collect feedback for improvement. Our fresh dairy is available through redeemers, while jams, juices and honey are available at local events. Soon we plan to expand the offer through online sales and partner stores.
